Nicole is an event-planning machine. With over 15 years under her belt of event coordination and organization, she has refined the entire process to an art form. Nicole derives inspiration from her interior design and project management backgrounds, and employs many everyday tools and processes while planning her events.

After starting her own Interior Design business in 2007, she began to refine her project management tools and started applying these ideas to her other love, event planning. In 2010, Nicole founded Wedding Day Hostess, a full-service Wedding Planning firm, after seeing the need for Wedding Coordinators. While working with clients she created a fun-to-use platform to achieve the ultimate goal: a perfect, worry-free event.

Manuel leads all operations at URBACEOUS as COO. With more than 20 years of experience in IT management, Manuel is responsible for maximizing the value customers get from its data and technology. Ensuring that all users of URBACEOUS have the best experience possible is Manuel’s daily goal.

Manuel took the plunge in 2005 and moved to California, seeking larger opportunities to manage systems. At XOJET, he was the Senior Systems Engineer primarily responsible for designing and implementing the infrastructure which provided 100% uptime for the company. He founded Vhantom LLC in 2010 to bring enterprise level virtual IT solutions to small and medium businesses. When Nicole was working every weekend doing events, he knew her vision of helping clients would come to fruition sooner rather than later.

Radomir Djurdjevic comes to URBACEOUS with over 10 years of web and application development. In building his team at Stellar, he has excelled in not only development but the ability to lead a team that can produce steady, positive results. Radomir understands the communication and relationship building it takes to form a cohesive team that can accomplish set goals with other departments. His goal for URBACEOUS is to create a strong team.

With over 7 years as a top producing marketing director, Michael Erkelens brings a wealth of business marketing & development experience to URBACEOUS.

In 2016, Michael launched his own marketing company, In House Strategy. Building relationships with both his team and potential clients, along with making sure all parties reach both company and individual goals, he has always kept the same philosophy: All business begins and ends with the relationship of consistent & constant communication. The same philosophy carries through the entire concept & vision for URBACEOUS by streamlining the interaction with all involved parties.
